SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fused protein construct, which binds a complement fragment C3 C3d, containing an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, which specifically binds to C3d, and a complement modulator polypeptide, as well as to a composition containing same. Also disclosed is an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, which specifically binds to a complement fragment C3 C3d.
EFFECT: invention is effective for treating a disease mediated by a complement fragment C3 C3d, as well as for producing a drug for treating a disease mediated by a complement fragment C3 C3d.
