STRAY CURRENT MONITORING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC H02B1/26 G01R19/00

Abstract RU 2782237 C1

FIELD: electrocorrosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protection against electrocorrosion of structures and devices. The stray current monitoring system contains software integrated into the cabinets, while the system contains cabinets for three levels of data transmission: the lower level is the “KIP” cabinet, which measures the potential of the rail relative to the ground and converts it into an amplified analogue signal for transmission to the substation level in the SASD cabinet, which provides receiving, processing and converting an analogue signal into a digital and upper level - a switching cabinet SCMS, which provides an optical signal from the SASD cabinet and with the help of hardware, as well as basic and specialized software that performs analysis and visualization of the measured values, at the same time, the system includes sequential acquisition of analogue potential signals, conversion, processing and analysis of the received signals with visualization of the results at the upper level and demonstration at the middle substation and upper workstation level.

EFFECT: ensuring automated continuous monitoring and detection of the exact location of current leakage, insulation defects for protection against electrocorrosion of structures, structures and devices.
