FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing meat and fish semi-finished products and can be used to introduce a homogeneous suspension into the tissue of a semi-finished product. The injector consists of a gun-shaped body, an electric motor, a power source, a tank, a hollow needle, the cavity of which is connected to an extruder connected to the electric motor through a gearbox, and a cylindrical tank, the axis of which is horizontal. A shaft with wheels and blades is installed along the axis of the tank, connected to an additional outlet of the gearbox.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of introducing a homogeneous suspension into the tissues of the semi-finished product.
