FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for separating suspended particles of solid fraction from a gas mixture, in particular to a method for separating suspended particles of carbon black from a gas mixture. Can be used in agriculture and other industries. A method for separating suspended particles of carbon black from a gas mixture obtained as a result of thermal destruction of sewage sludge, or rubber crumb obtained from used car tires, or wood chips obtained from used railway sleepers and electric poles impregnated with creosote, includes separation from a gas mixture of suspended particles of carbon black with a size of 0.01-1.2 mm with an initial temperature of 760-800°C in two stages. At the first stage, a group direct-flow cyclone with an axial inlet is used, and at the second stage, a group tangential cyclone is used. At the first stage, suspended particles of technical carbon with dimensions of 1.0-1.2 mm are separated from the gas mixture, and at the second stage - with dimensions of 0.01-0.99 mm. At the first stage, the temperature of the gas mixture and suspended particles of carbon black is reduced to 640-680°C directly in the group direct-flow cyclone with an axial inlet by blowing air on its structural elements, which absorbed thermal energy from the gas mixture and suspended particles of carbon black, and the output of the group cyclone direct-flow with an axial inlet communicate with the inlet of a group tangential cyclone. A gas mixture and suspended particles of carbon black with a temperature of 640-680°C are fed to the inlet of the group tangential cyclone.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separating suspended carbon black particles from the gas mixture, as well as providing fractional separation of carbon black into two fractions with particle sizes of 1.0-1.2 mm and 0.01-0.99 mm.
