FIELD: conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: screw conveyor contains a body, a frame, inlet and outlet pipes for the coolant, upper, middle and lower screws in the corresponding tubular casings. The outer diameters of the tubular casings increase in the direction of movement of the coolant. The diameter of the middle tubular casing is greater than the diameter of the upper tubular casing, but less than the diameter of the lower tubular casing. The upper tubular casing is located opposite the inlet pipe for the coolant. Each individual support element is made of stainless steel sheet and contains a central hole and a peripheral region with alternating annular ridges and valleys. Supporting elements are placed in the holes of one of the vertical posts and are fixed to the latter. The lower product outlet is formed by a tapered sleeve. The frame is fixed to the latch.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat transfer from the gaseous heat carrier to the transported product for the case when the temperature of the gaseous heat carrier at the point of supply is 650°C.
