Process line for obtaining technical carbon by thermal destruction of rubber crumb of used car tires using carbon dioxide is additionally equipped with a rubber crumb storage with a frame, a retainer, a neck, loading unit in the form of a chain bucket conveyor with a receiving hopper, a lower turning unit, a discharge unit in the form of a chain scraper conveyor with a horizontal auger feeder, vertically oriented housing with a vertical wall and a vertical cavity, the vertical wall forms the boundary of the vertical cavity. Rubber crumb storage outlet is interconnected with the inlet of the dosing hopper by means of a horizontal auger feeder.
EFFECT: intensification of the process of ambient air displacement from pores and cracks of rubber crumbs and their filling with carbon dioxide, as well as obtaining technical carbon as a ready product.
