FIELD: rock core samples studying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for studying the properties of rock core samples in laboratory conditions. The core clamp plunger includes a housing in which the drive, plunger needle and seat are located. The drive is capable of moving the plunger needle in the direction of the seat, the internal space of which is in communication with the core sample and at least one channel made in the plunger body and connected by the reservoir system tubes. At least one of said channels is capable of being cut off as a result of the plunger needle entering the seat. An additional channel is made in the plunger body with the possibility of measuring the gas saturation of the core sample through it. The specified additional channel is connected with the core sample.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of cutting off the supply lines inside the plunger in the immediate vicinity of the studied rock sample.
