FIELD: downhole equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the layout of downhole equipment for mechanized oil production with mechanical impurities. The layout of downhole equipment for the artificial lift of oil with mechanical impurities includes lowered into the production string and separated from each other the upper and lower parts. The upper part consists of tubing strings connected in series, a downhole pump and an inlet filter with a container for collecting mechanical impurities. The lower part is rigidly connected to the production string by a packer and consists of a connecting-disconnecting device, a check valve and a lower filter. The distance between the lower and upper parts is at least 12-15 m. The lower filter is self-cleaning.
EFFECT: increasing the overhaul period of downhole equipment by increasing the efficiency of formation fluid purification from mechanical impurities, reducing the labor intensity of underground repair of downhole equipment.
