FIELD: preparation of beverages.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for preparing soy milk, including a filter for loading the soybean mass, an immersion blender with a drive and a crushing tool, and a pitcher. The filter is located in the pitcher to allow insertion of the crushing tool into the filter. At the first stage, the drive actuates the crushing tool, wherein the soybeans are crushed in the filter to obtain soy milk and the residual material from the soybeans. At the second stage, the drive rotates the filter. After crushing the soybeans, the filter rotates in order to separate the liquid soy milk from the residual material by centrifugal force.

EFFECT: structure of the claimed invention allows for a high degree of crushing of the soybean mass.
