Aqueous extract from the trunk of a pine tree, including active components such as pentanal, hexanal, hexylformate, benzaldehyde, 1-octanol, fenchone, fenhol, trans-pinocarveol, carveol, borneol, carveol-acetate, 1-methylphenylcarbamate, α-terpineol, terpene-4-ol, β-terpineol, p-Cymene-8-ol, verbenone, bornyl chloride, methylisoeugenol, and water, wherein the mass percentage of active components is 0.04 to 0.06%, the rest is water, wherein pH is 3.5 to 6.0, density at +20°C, g/cm3 0.89 to 0.999, refractive index at +20°C 1.325 to 1.350. Comprehensive production line for producing an aqueous extract from the trunk of a pine tree, including a woodworking line and a line for producing an aqueous extract from the trunk of a pine tree, wherein the two lines are combined so that the woodworking line includes at least one lumber drying chamber simultaneously acting as a saturation chamber of the production line for producing an aqueous extract from the trunk of a pine tree.
