FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blasting. An elongated shaped charge (ESC) can be used for explosive drilling of holes, destruction of oversized rocks, breaking through obstacles, perforating wells. The ESC contains a housing, placed in it an explosive charge with a recess, a lining made of wedge-shaped or crescent-shaped plastic metal, such as copper, with an opening angle equal to the opening angle of the recess, an initiating device made in the form of an electric detonator. The body is equipped with a detonation transfer unit, including a bar located on the top surface of the body, equipped with an initiating element made in the form of equipment made of plastic explosive - a plastid or a detonating cord, as well as a movable element made in the form of a sleeve with an initiating device. The bar is fixed at opposite ends of the body. The position point of the movable element with the initiating device on the ESC body is determined from the ratio l is the position of the movable element relative to one of the ends of the ESC, mm; x is the position of the area of impact of detonation waves - the greatest penetration relative to the same end of the ESC, mm; D1 is the detonation velocity of the explosive of the initiating element, m/s; D2 is the detonation velocity of the ESC explosive charge, m/s; L - length of ESC, mm.

EFFECT: increasing the penetrating ability of the ESC due to the use of a multipoint initiation system as part of the ESC.
