SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The reverse endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint includes a monoblock consisting of a stem and a cup connected to the liner, a glenosphere fixed with a metaglenoid component. The endoprosthesis kit includes a number of cylindrical inserts and spacers for changing the length of the endoprosthesis stem, installed between it and the insert. On the side of the lower base of each liner and spacer there is a protrusion in the form of a cylinder with a smaller diameter to ensure their fastening between each other and in the endoprosthesis monoblock with the possibility of ensuring the liner rotation around its central vertical axis. From the side of the upper base, the liners are made beveled at an angle of 15-45 degrees with a step of 5 degrees and have a central recess corresponding to the outer surface of the glenosphere of the endoprosthesis with sliding contact between them. The upper base of the liner cylinder is made at an inclination relative to its cross section, drawn along the central vertical axis.

EFFECT: invention provides for intraoperative correction of the cervical-diaphyseal angle, posterior and anterior rotation of the endoprosthesis cup and change of the length of the endoprosthesis monoblock stem in order to reduce the risk of dislocation of the shoulder component of the endoprosthesis.
