SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for preparation of filled halogenated polymer compositions with modified impact viscosity, showing optimal behavior in a melt, its production method, and a product containing this composition. The specified composition contains a) from 0.01 to 20 phr relatively to halogen-containing thermoplastic polymer of (meth)acrylate copolymer (A1) selected from copolymer containing at least 50 wt.% of methylmethacrylate, b) from 1 to 250 phr relatively to halogen-containing thermoplastic polymer of filler (F), c) halogen-containing thermoplastic polymer, and d) from 0.15 to 12 phr of impact viscosity modifier (IM1). (Meth)acrylate copolymer (A1) has a glass transition temperature from 65 to 100°C. Impact viscosity modifier (IM1) is polymer particles with a multilayer structure, which contains at least one layer (IM1L1) containing polymer (L1) having a glass transition temperature of less than 0°C, and at least one another layer (IM1L2) containing polymer (L2) having a glass transition temperature of more than 45°C. The mass ratio of layer (IM1L1)/layer (IM1L2) in polymer obtained by multistage polymerization is in the range by weight between 85/15 and 97/3.
EFFECT: resulting composition can be used for optimization of behavior in a melt, in particular, a speed of melting of halogenated polymer compositions with modified impact viscosity, and at the same time it does not significantly impact on characteristics of impact viscosity of halogenated polymer compositions.
