SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a polymer composition containing an impact strength modifier, a technological additive, and a mineral filler, to its production method, and to its use. The polymer composition P1 in a powder form, as an additive for thermoplastic halogen-containing polymer, contains: a) from 30 to 60 wt.% of an inorganic mineral compound (F), wherein the inorganic mineral compound (F) is a mineral filler (F1) selected from calcium carbonate, b) from 2 to 15 wt.% of (meth)acrylic copolymer (A1) or a mixture of (meth)acrylic copolymers, which is (are) (meth)acrylic copolymer containing at least 50 wt.% of polymer links originating from methyl methacrylate, and (meth)acrylic monomers selected from C1-C12 alkyl(meth)acrylates, wherein the specified (meth)acrylic copolymer (A1) or two (meth)acrylic copolymers (A1a) and (A1b) has(have) a weighted average molecular weight of at least 1,000,000 g/mol, c) from 25 to 68% of a polymer impact strength modifier (IM1) or a mixture of polymer impact strength modifiers, which is (are) polymer particles having a multilayer structure, and having a weighted average particle size between 20 nm and 500 nm, wherein particles of the polymer impact strength modifier (IM1) having a multilayer structure contain at least one layer (IM1L1) containing polymer (L1) having a glass transition temperature below 0°C, and at least another layer (IM1L2) containing polymer (L2) having a glass transition temperature above 45°C, while polymer (L1) is cross-linked, and polymer (L2) of the layer (IM1L2) is grafted on a layer located below. At the same time, three components from a), b), and c) are 100 wt.%, and each powder particle contains compounds a), b), and c), while the mass ratio of layer (IM1L1)/layer (IM1L2) in polymer particles having a multilayer structure is at least 85/15. A method for the preparation of a polymer composition P1 in a powder form, a method for the preparation of a polymer composition P2 containing a polymer composition P1 in a powder form, the use of a composition in a powder form as an additive for thermoplastic halogen-containing polymer for increase in the resistance to rupture of an extrusion flow or as an additive for thermoplastic halogen-containing polymer P2 subjected to transformation or recycling, as well as products containing a recycled polymer composition are also described.
EFFECT: provision of a polymer composition acting as an impact strength modifier and a technological additive at the same time, which also makes it possible to increase the resistance to rupture of an extrusion flow and increase the performance of extrusion of thermoplastic polymers.
