SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid composition with a homogeneous dispersion of a multistage polymer, suitable for polymerisation and modifying impact resistance of polymers containing a) (meth)acrylic polymer (P1) containing at least 50 wt % monomers selected from C₁-C₁₂ alkyl(meth)acrylates, b) multistage polymer in form of core-shell particles, containing (a) polymer (A1), obtained from step (A) having glass transition temperature lower than 0 °C, and (b) polymer (B1) obtained from step (B), having glass transition temperature of 30 °C to 150 °C, and c) monomer (M1), selected from (meth)acrylic monomers and/or vinyl monomers and mixtures thereof, where the weight ratio of the multistage polymer to the monomer in the liquid composition ranges from 2/98 to 24/76, and wherein (meth)acrylic polymer (P1) has a weight-average molecular weight Mw of less than 100,000 g/mol. Invention also relates to a method of preparing a liquid composition and using the liquid composition.

EFFECT: technical result is homogeneity of dispersion of multistage polymer in composition, low dynamic viscosity of composition.
