FIELD: layered products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures made of composite materials and can be applied in rocket and space engineering. Three-layer panel consists of sheaths and a cellular frame located in between, produced from thin flat elements connected to each other and to the sheaths, made in the form of a fragment of a rotation surface formed by the rotation of a rectilinear or a curvilinear generatrix around an axis of rotation, wherein the flat elements located in the meridional direction are installed with an angular shift of the base meridional planes thereof relative to the axis of rotation, and the flat elements located in the circumferential direction are installed with a linear shift of the base parallels thereof along the axis of rotation.
EFFECT: creation of ultralight frames of solar panels, structural elements of space vehicles exhibiting the required strength and rigidity.
