FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, namely the underground mining of ores, and can be used in the development of reserves of low-power steeply dipping ore bodies by development systems in horizontal layers or with stacking. A method for mining steeply dipping low-thickness ore bodies with a gross excavation by mining systems in horizontal layers with backfilling. Breaking is carried out according to the breed. To regrind the rock within the limits of the excavation capacity, the rock is broken with blast-hole charges of a continuous structure along a thickened grid, the parameters of which are determined from the condition of contact of the crush zones around the charges. For coarse crushing of the ore body, blast-hole charges of a dispersed design are used, located in the rock at a distance from the contact of the ore body, equal to the radius of the crush zone. Shipment of the ore mass is carried out with a sticking of 10-15 cm of the top layer of the filling mass, with the possibility of subsequent extraction of the smallest particles of the useful component. Separation of the ore mass into ore and rock is carried out by screening, after which the undersize product is subjected to another screening with the release of potentially enriched fines for sampling and possible processing, and the remaining rock is used as backfill material.
EFFECT: reduction of losses of a useful component in the form of ore fines with its high content.
