FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention related to oil-and-gas production, particularly to crude oil and residual hydrocarbons refinery with light thermo acoustic visbreaking method. The invention related to hydrocarbons recovery method which includes its visbreaking, separation into liquid and vaporous phases with the following final products extraction, row material treatment performed under visbreaking temperature 360-450°C with separation into liquid and vaporous phases made during several stages and recirculation of an intermediate product liquid phase to the current and/or previous visbreaking stage, in a way that liquid phase supplied only to the second or the next process stage, and execute visbreaking during temperature and pressure drop stage by stage: from 390-450°C and 0.1-1.2 MPa - at the first stage to 360-390°C and 0.01 MPa - at the final. The invention is also related to equipment of hydrocarbons recovery.
EFFECT: invention lets to increase hydrocarbons recovery grade up to 93%, to recover different types of hydrocarbons and get different products dependently of a seasonal needs, decrease in carbon formation.
