FIELD: press connections.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of press connections formed by a hot method with guaranteed tension in the creation of a rough surface with a friction coefficient close or equal to one on a shaft-sleeve contact surface. The method includes uniform application of adhesive polymerized substance to a seat of a shaft and subsequent uniform application of abrasive material with a grain of 10-40 mcm. Application of adhesive polymerized substance and abrasive material is carried out during the rotation of the shaft.
EFFECT: fatigue strength of a shaft of press connections is increased.
