EFFECT: invention provides the expansion of fields of view, an increase in retinal photosensitivity, as well as an increase in a level of lysozyme in the lacrimal fluid to the average statistical norm for patients with diabetic retinopathy due to systemic action on main trigger pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of this disease.
