FIELD: lifting mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lifting mechanisms. The device for tensioning the rope descending from the remotely located drum contains the first (40) and second (80) rollers, as well as an electric motor (63). A clutch capable of transmitting torque is included in the kinematic chain between the electric motor and the first roller. The clutch contains a driving (50) and a driven (45) shafts, as well as a spring (70), which has a friction connection with one and contacts its end section with another of these shafts. The end section of the spring (70) in this case is able to perceive the force in that circumferential direction, in which the weakening of the said frictional connection is ensured.
EFFECT: elimination of slippage of the first roller along the rope when the rope is tensioned, which prevents wear of the first roller and the rope.
