SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winches with automatic change of gear ratio at change of rope pull force. According to invention, which is furnished with self-braking train, regulating differential and friction clutch. Drive member of self-braking train is connected with output of regulating differential whose input is connected with input of power differential. Regulating input of power differential is connected with driven member of self-braking train. Regulating differential has regulating input connected with friction clutch.

EFFECT: provision of constant load on traction motor irrespective of tractive force on rope, simplified design.
