FIELD: road building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of surfaces of temporary roads and platforms for the flow of traffic and the placement of building and installation equipment. When road mats are being installed, the laying machine for light road mats with adaptive adjustment of the position of the upper rotary frame with two packets of vertically standing light road mats is installed at the beginning of the installation section, and the laying machine is brought to the working position using the electric drive of the rotary apparatus by rotating the upper rotary frame by 90°. Using a straddle loader, the folding front wall is laid on the car chassis and the upper ramp wall is folded until the wheels thereof touch the ground. Light road mats are supplied from the skeleton frame using a mobile shield along helical guides, wherein said shield pushes the mats along the helical guides onto the roller conveyors of the folding front wall with sides, then onto the roller conveyors of the ramp wall with sides, ensuring that the mats are unloaded horizontally onto the ground. The first unloaded mats are secured on the ground manually with brackets; the laying machine for light road mats with adaptive adjustment of the position of the upper rotary frame moves forward and unloads the mats evenly onto the ground. When light road mats are being removed, the laying machine for light road mats with adaptive adjustment of the position of the upper rotary frame is installed at the beginning of the section. Using the electric drive of the rotary apparatus, the laying machine is brought to the working position by rotating the upper rotary frame by 90°; the light road mats nearest to the laying machine are hooked by the straddle loader; the laying machine for light road mats with adaptive adjustment of the position of the upper rotary frame begins moving in reverse, loads the light road mats into the skeleton frame and supplies along the roller conveyors of the ramp wall with sides onto the roller conveyors of the folding front wall with sides and further into the skeleton frame while clearing off the ground using brushes. The straddle loader brings the light road mats to a vertical position wherein the mats abut against a mobile shield; the mobile shield begins to move inside the frame along the guides. The vertical position of the mats is therein maintained using the helical guides with reverse stroke and an anti-slip coating; after the last mats are loaded into the skeleton frame, the folding walls of the frame are folded into the transport position by the straddle loader.
EFFECT: increase in the operating life of light road mats.
