SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, to new biologically active substances of the class of derivatives of 2,4-dioxohexanoic acids. Proposed are substituted hydrazides of 2-diarylmethylene hydrazone-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohexanoic acids (1 to 5), wherein R, R1, R2 are defined in the claim, exhibiting pronounced anti-inflammatory activity with low toxicity.
EFFECT: creation of new biologically active substances with pronounced anti-inflammatory activity.
