FIELD: power converter technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power converter technology, namely to the class of DC/DC converters, i.e. converters. A well-known multi-channel step-up switching DC voltage regulator, containing M channels, each of which is made in the form of the first chain of series-connected inductor windings and a fully controlled key element (KE) with one-way conduction and the second chain of series-connected diode and filter capacitor, and also control unit, pulse width modulators (PWM). The first string is connected to the power input terminals, designed to be connected to a DC voltage source. The second chain is connected between the connection point of the inductor winding with the CE of the first chain and one of the power input terminals. In this case, the filter capacitor is common for all M channels, and its plates form the output terminals of a multi-channel step-up switching DC voltage regulator. The control unit includes a master oscillator (MG), a pulse distributor (PD) for M, the number of outputs with signals P1, P2, Pj,…, PM, which are sequentially shifted to each other by an angle of 2π/M. PWM are presented in the form of a sawtooth voltage generator (AVG) and a comparator. The number of channels M is even. In each pair of channels forming N=M/2, the number of two-channel modules (TCM), two windings of its inductors are made with magnetically-coupled and polarity-opposite ends connected to one power input terminal, and the control inputs of its two KEs are connected to those outputs of the RI, the output pulses of which are shifted between themselves by an angle π.
EFFECT: improvement of weight and size indicators of a multi-channel step-up switching DC voltage regulator.
