SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. The device contains a washing bath with a drain hole and a loading window, a disk with activator blades and an auger installed in it on a vertical drive shaft, enclosed in a casing, as well as an intake bell, made driving and in the form of a hollow truncated cone, facing down with a large base, equipped with blades from its inner surface and installed with a gap relative to the screw casing. The device is additionally equipped with an unloading window for feeding root crops for re-washing, which is located on the side of the bath loading window at a height of 10 to 20 cm from the water level in the bath. The window for supplying root crops for rewashing is equipped with a damper with the possibility of moving along the guides perpendicular to the flow of root crops in the specified window, as well as a pitched board, one end of which is aligned with this window, and its free end is lowered into the water in the bath.

EFFECT: improved quality of root crops washing is provided.
