SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely proctology and emergency surgery. Excision of necrotic tissues is performed with an end light guide at a radiation power of 15 W and a wavelength of 1460 nm. Purulent cavities are exposed to scattered laser radiation by radial light guides with a club-shaped or conical lens at the end and an abacterial film is formed in the opening area, after which it is sanitized with a solution of polyvalent pyobacteriophage. Finally, the wound is loosely tamponed and drained.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treatment, reduces the possibility of spreading infection during surgery, including with putrefactive and anaerobic forms.
