SUBSTANCE: after two purifying enemas with activated tap water, sphincterodilation one should find internal opening, lance purulent cavity by spear-shaped incision, wash cavity with ozonized Ringer- Locke's solution, dissect cutaneous-mucous fragment, improve sanitary conditions of wound with ozonized Ringer-Locke's solution, perform photocoagulation of wound with high-intensity laser radiation, introduce tampons with ozonized and magnetized vaseline oil into rectal lumen and wound.
