FIELD: footwear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a footwear insole providing optimal recirculation ventilation of the foot and capable of effectively removing liquids, such as foot sweat, if necessary; as well as to footwear equipped with the insole. Footwear insole (10) comprises a foot surface (12) facing the foot and an opposite base surface (14) facing the shoe. The insole material (10) contains structures of flat-laid hexagons, wherein each hexagon forms a hollow space, each hexagon (16) is open in the direction of the shoe-facing base surface (14), and each hexagon (16) includes perforation (15), which perforates the insole material in the direction of the foot-facing foot surface (12).
EFFECT: creation of a stable insole that also allows for especially effective ventilation of the foot.
