FIELD: footwear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an insole, in particular, for footwear. Claimed is an insole for footwear, with a main body consisting of the heel area, the metatarsal area, and the toe area, wherein the main body has an insert extending from the heel area at least into the metatarsal area, and has a recess in the heel area for the calcaneal bone of the wearer. The insert has at least two cuts extending from the recess in the heel area into the metatarsal area to form at least one first lining, and the main body is essentially flattened in the metatarsal area in the longitudinal direction so that the lower calcaneal spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the foot of the wearer remain essentially without pressure.
EFFECT: creation of an insole for footwear that avoids the disadvantages of the technical level and, in particular, supports, unloads, and/or gently cushions the foot of the wearer due to the geometry adjusted, preferably, to the shape of the foot, so as to achieve, in particular, uniform pressure distribution while simultaneously unloading the lower calcaneal bone and the adjacent tendon plate, namely, the plantar fascia.
