The device contains a control block for signals of interaction between the components of the interval control system, the first output/input of which is connected via the first CAN interface to the input/output of the computer of the workstation (AWS) of the station attendant, and the second output/input is connected via the second CAN interface to the unit logical reconfiguration of track circuits, to the input/output of the time switching unit of the device for generating code signals for automatic locomotive signaling and to the first input/output of the transceiver for control signals of the rail line and automatic locomotive signaling, the second input/output of which is connected to the rail line, the digital communication transceiver through the first The CAN interface is connected to the computer of the station attendant's workstation, and is connected via a radio channel to the digital communication transceiver of the on-board control device of the train following the falsely occupied track circuit of the haul, while the computer of the station attendant's workstation is equipped with a mod elation.

EFFECT: increase in traffic safety is achieved due to reliable control of maintaining the completeness of the train during its movement along the section of the haul with a falsely occupied track circuit.
