FIELD: motion control means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of interval control of movement with movable block sections. Device comprises control unit 1 of interaction signals of components of interval control system, first output/input of which is connected via first CAN-interface 2 to input/output of computer 3 of automated workstation of the station attendant, and the second output/input is connected through second CAN-interface 4 to logical reconfiguration unit 5 of track circuits, to the input/output of temporary switching unit 6 of the device for generating code signals of automatic locomotive signalling and to the first input/output of transceiver 7 of the rail line control (RLC) and automatic locomotive signalling (ALS) signals, which second input/output is connected to rail line 8, digital communication transceiver 9 through first CAN-interface 2 is connected to the computer of the automated workstation of the station attendant, and via the radio channel is connected to digital communication transceiver 10 of the on-board control device of the train following the falsely occupied track circuit of the haul, wherein train on-board control device includes satellite navigation means 11, and to computer 3 of the automated workstation of the station attendant, simulation unit 12 and electronic map unit 13 are connected, wherein electronic map unit 13 is configured using data of the electronic map of the on-board device of the train and data on track sections with reference to track circuits, traffic lights, boundaries of stations and hauls.
EFFECT: high reliability of determining the current coordinate of a train locomotive in areas of poor communication with satellites.
