SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sealed heat-insulating tank. Tank comprises a tank wall containing an auxiliary insulating barrier (1), an auxiliary sealed membrane (2), a main insulating barrier (3), and a main sealed membrane (4). Multiple main anchoring elements (12) interact with a single main insulation panel (11) of the main insulating barrier (3). The anchoring element (12) comprises a base (30), a pin (31) passing through a hole in the auxiliary sealed membrane (2), a support element (16, 54) installed on the pin (31) with support on the main insulation panel (11), and additionally comprises a sealing washer (34) set on the pin (31) and containing a flange (37) attached tightly to the auxiliary sealed membrane (2) and a deformable seal (42) tightly connecting said sealing washer (34) and the pin so as to allow relative movement between the sealing washer (34) and the pin.

EFFECT: limited concentration of stress on the connection between the auxiliary sealed membrane and the main anchoring element.
