SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sealed and heat-insulating reservoir for fluid storage. The reservoir contains a reservoir wall having a heat-insulating barrier and a sealing membrane. The thermal insulating barrier contains insulating panels (24) in the form of a parallelepiped, located adjacent to each other and having a supporting plate (25) and an insulating filler (26, 28). The support plate (25) forms a support surface (31), and a wedge (32) is located on the support surface (31). One of the anchor devices (45) contains a support element (33) configured to rest on the wedge (32) in the direction of the support surface (31). One or wedge (32) or support plate (25) has, in the direction of the reservoir wall thickness, a thermal compression coefficient greater than the thermal compression coefficient of the anchor device (45), and the other or wedge (32) or support plate (25) has a thermal compression coefficient less than the thermal contraction coefficient of the anchor device (45).
