FIELD: cooking.
SUBSTANCE: described is an induction cooking system (1) including: a mobile induction cooktop (2); a remote control and power system (4) functionally connected to the induction cooktop (2) via the corresponding connecting means (5); and a placement apparatus (7) equipped with one or more seats (8), wherein the induction cooktops (2) are configured to be placed in the corresponding seats (8); the connecting means (5) consist of a flexible transmission cable made so that the connected induction cooktop (2) is configured to be placed on the work surface (P) in the position that is most suitable and convenient for user.
EFFECT: creation of an improved induction cooking system allowing for the easy use of various cooking surfaces even when using large-sized cooking containers and also allowing reducing and/or optimising the space occupied on the working surface.
