FIELD: kitchen appliances.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a kitchen workplace, namely to a kitchen cooking system. The cooking system is intended for use in a kitchen workplace and comprises a cooking support surface for holding the material being cooked, at least one heating unit located on the cooking support surface for holding the material being cooked for the purpose of heating the latter, and an exhaust device for removing kitchen fumes downwards. The exhaust device has at least one fan for extracting kitchen fumes, at least one inlet opening extending through the cooking support surface to retain the material being cooked, and an exhaust duct connecting at least one said inlet opening with at least one said fan. At least one said inlet opening is located at a distance from the edge area of the cooking support surface for holding the material to be boiled. The overall width of the cooking system is a maximum of 600 mm and the vertical installation height of the cooking system is a maximum of 250 mm.
EFFECT: improvements to the cooking system in the kitchen.
