FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to database control. The method contains reception, in a local node receiver, of a welcome message containing an application identifier (hereinafter – AppId) and an indication of a target communication line between a target port of the local node and a target port of a neighboring node, determination, by a processor in the local node, of AppId identifier associated with the application for synchronization of databases, establishment of a local database in a storage device in the local node as a part of a pair of databases for being used by the specified application, this pair of databases contains a neighboring database located in the neighboring node, association, by the processor, of the considered pair of databases with the target communication line, and synchronization of the local database with the neighboring database, using the target communication line.
EFFECT: provision of a possibility of synchronization of databases between two points, using a transport protocol.
