SUBSTANCE: creation, by means of the first device, of the first connecting network, wherein the first connecting network has a network name comprising an identifier of a first device, which includes a string identifying a first connecting network as a connecting network and a flag indicating whether the first device is part of the infrastructure network; scanning a second connecting network; during scanning, detecting second connecting network, wherein second connecting network was created by second device, wherein the second connecting network has a network name containing the second device identifier; and determining, by means of the first device, whether to connect the second connecting network or to connect the second device to the first connecting network.

EFFECT: efficient communication in an infrastructure network of devices in a home environment or similar environment.
