FIELD: radio-absorbing coating production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a radio-absorbing coating that reduces the reflection of electromagnetic radiation by metal surfaces. The method consists in preparing a radio-absorbing material and applying it to the surface, followed by curing. The radar absorbing material is obtained by mixing a binder and fillers with different density values, which are spontaneously distributed in the coating layer during the curing process. Hollow polymeric microspheres, carbonyl iron and carbon nanotubes are used as fillers. Radio-absorbing material includes a binder and fillers in the following ratio of mass parts: binder 100; iron carbonyl 50-150; hollow polymeric microspheres 5-10; carbon nanotubes 0.5-1.
EFFECT: increasing the manufacturability of the radio-absorbing coating, high radio-absorbing properties of the coating.
