FIELD: coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for coating heating parts. Method for creating a heat-resistant radar-absorbent coating includes the stages of preparing, applying, and heating a composition. The heat-resistant radar-absorbent coating is prepared by mixing a binder based on an organosilicate composition and a radar-absorbent filler. The radar-absorbent filler, being a suspension of carbon nanotubes with the added ferrocene in a solvent, is subjected to ultrasonic effect. After being applied onto the surface, the composition is heated to a temperature of 500 to 600 °C at a rate of no more than 10 °C per minute and held at this temperature for at least 3 hours. Also proposed is a composition for applying the heat-resistant radar-absorbent coating.
EFFECT: reduced reflection of electromagnetic emission and higher heat resistance of the coating.
