SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated electronic engineering and can be used as part of frequency grid synthesizers based on a phase-locked loop (PLL), namely, when implementing the equivalent multiplication of the capacitance of the damping link capacitor (DLC) of the loop filter (LF) unit, designed for integration on a chip microcircuits. Capacitor capacitance equivalent multiplication device comprises first and second capacitors, voltage follower and resistor. The first output of the first capacitor and the input of the voltage follower are interconnected and connected to the first output of the device. The output of the voltage follower and the first output of the resistor are interconnected. The second output of the resistor and the first output of the second capacitor are interconnected and connected to the second output of the device. The second terminal of the first capacitor is connected to the third terminal of the device. The second output of the second capacitor is connected to the output of the voltage follower.
EFFECT: reducing the change in the phase delay at the passband frequency of the closed loop PLL with a production deviation in the ratio of the amplitudes of the input control currents through the first and second terminals of the LF block.
