FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated electronic equipment and can be used in the units of frequency grid synthesizers, namely when implementing a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). Device for generating control voltage for controlling the frequency of the output signal of the VCO contains an element that corrects, depending on changes in the supply voltage, the value of the current used in generating the control voltages. Correcting element is connected in series with the main current-generating element, which provides a near-constant value of the relative current variation over a wide range.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the stability of the frequency of the output signal of the VCO to the effect of interference in the supply voltage circuits.
