FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in the development of generators controlled by frequency varicaps by voltage, and, more specifically, to voltage-controlled generators (VCG) using a Colpitts self-oscillator circuit on one transistor and having a negative feedback circuit designed to reduce phase noise. Voltage-controlled generator additionally contains a negative feedback circuit, power supply filter circuit resistor (R6) and capacitor (C6) and throttle (L3), which are connected in series. Negative feedback circuit consists of series-connected capacitor (C7) and the second element of negative feedback circuit (L2) and is connected between collector and base of transistor (VT1). Input voltage output of the power supply is connected to ground through series-connected power supply filter circuit resistor (R6) and capacitor (C6). Other output of first bias resistor (R3) and one output of throttle (L3) are connected to the connection point of the outputs of power supply filter circuit resistor (R6) and capacitor (C6). Other output of throttle (L3) is connected to the collector of transistor (VT1) and the output of output capacitor (C5).
EFFECT: reducing the level of phase noise in the output signal of a VCG built on a bipolar transistor with a negative feedback circuit to reduce the level of phase noise.
