FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to a propulsion device and can be used in water transport. The boat propulsor comprises a drive motor, on the output shaft of which a crank link is installed, performing rotational movement around the axis of the output shaft, a connecting rod is pivotally mounted on the specified crank link, performing oscillatory movements, at the end of which a rocker arm is fixed, pivotally mounted in the support and ensuring its rolling. An axis is vertically installed at the end of the rocker arm, providing reciprocating movement up and down and having a drive for its rotation, and in the lower part of the axis, a flat trapezoidal fin is fixed by means of a hinged joint, performing oscillatory movement in a horizontal plane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the device while simplifying its design.
