FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the items of care for bedridden patients, namely, pant-diapers for urine and feces, capable of removing urine or feces several times in compliance with hygienic conditions. In accordance with the first embodiment, urine and fecal pant-diapers contain a front part; a rear part and a connecting part designed to connect the front part with the rear part. The rear part has a section for the hip area corresponding to the hip area of the user. The first expanding section and the support for the hip area are sequentially located on the inner surface of the section for the hip area. The hip support is designed to be lifted according to how the first expanding section expands to lift the hip area of the user. The section for the hip area and the connecting part are designed to form a space for collecting urine and feces between the section for the hip area and the connecting part when lifting the hip area, and the contact of feces and the user’s skin is minimized. In accordance with the second embodiment of the urine and feces pant-diapers, at least one support for the hip area is formed in the inner space of the section for the hip area or above the inner surface of the section for the hip area. The support for the hip area is made with the ability to lift the hip area of the user when lifting the support of the hip area. The section for the hip area and the connecting part are designed to form a space for collecting urine and feces between the section for the hip area and the connecting part, depending on the elevation of the hip area, and the contact of feces and the user’s skin is minimized. Pant-diapers for urine and feces can remove urine or feces several times and be reused after cleaning them, and thus environmental pollution can be reduced.
EFFECT: in pant-diapers for urine and feces, the space for collecting urine or feces is formed according to the lifting of the hip area, and thus the phenomenon of contact of urine or feces in space with the skin can be minimized.
