SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medical equipment, namely, to a receiver of human faecal masses, consisting of a fastening plate containing a left C-shaped plate and right C-shaped plate, ends of which are connected to each other forming a through central part providing for a possibility to be folded on each other; a faecal masses receiving bag, the end of which is attached to one side of the mounting plate and typically twisted ensuring a possibility of insert between the folded left C-shaped plate and right C-shaped plate of the fastening plate, and which is pushed from the through hole of the fastening plate when faecal masses arrive; and an adhesive element.

EFFECT: since the receiving bag of faecal masses does not contact the anus during wearing, defecation is facilitated due to increased comfort.
