FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for the production of phosphoric acid includes treatment of an aqueous suspension containing water and particles of at least one phosphate material with at least one strong acid at a temperature from 40 to 100°C. A size of particles of phosphate material is from 10 to 400 mcm. Particles are dispersed in the presence of at least one anionic polymer with mass molecular weight (MW) from 1000 to 90,000 g/mol, obtained by a reaction of polymerization of at least one acid selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, and salts thereof. Mass amount of used anionic polymer is from 0.1 to 5% relatively to amount of phosphate material. A method for improvement of hydrodynamics of a reaction medium in the production of phosphoric acid is also proposed.
EFFECT: invention allows for reduction in suspension viscosity, phosphorus loss, increase in the yield of a reaction for the production of phosphoric acid.
