FIELD: computing technology.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by a method for protecting the transmitted information, wherein an "Initialisation" stage is included before each start of operation of the automated system, wherein unpredictable, inaccessible to the developer and the operations personnel, identical for all terminals "blocks" are automatically generated for further use in the work process of encrypting the transmitted messages; each terminal participating in the work of the system secretly generates a new digital footprint; a stage of dynamic encryption of the transmitted information is included; non-matching of the original numbers of data encryption logic and numbers of combinations of the encrypted subsections of control packets to the numbers of encryption logic and numbers of combinations of subsections of control packets resulting from the randomisation operation is ensured; conditions eliminating the need for direct transmission to the receiver of the ciphers used by the source during encryption to decrypt the received message are created.
EFFECT: higher level of security of the control object.
