SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tobacco industry, namely to a device for heating a tobacco-containing smoking mixture in a hookah bowl. The device for heating tobacco-containing smoking mixture in the hookah bowl includes a housing with a lid, a power supply and a control unit. The housing is made in the form of a hollow cylindrical or prismatic body in the form of a glass with a perforated bottom. An air divider and a heating element are located in the housing. The air divider is made in the form of two flat ceramic parts forming a horizontal pancake-shaped node with a central slot in which the heating element is located. In the lower ceramic part, grooves are made for supplying power to the heating element. Under the pancake-shaped node, in the shaped recess formed by the side of the lower part of the housing, there is a plate with a slot in which a valve is fixed, made in the form of a flexible plate. The slot in the plate corresponds to the slot of the pancake-shaped node. The housing in its lower end part contains through holes made in the form of holes forming a ring. At least one hole is made in the lower part of the side surface of the housing. The housing lid has an upper mesh and is attached to the bottom of the housing.
