FIELD: mining engineering, shaft sinking combines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the sinking of vertical mine shafts. A shaft sinking combine is claimed including a bearing unit, a rock-cutting body fixed on a drilling unit made with the possibility of indiscriminate development of the face, a drilling unit feeding system connecting the bearing unit and the drilling unit by means of feed jacks, rock cleaning system and spacer system. The rock cutting body is a body of revolution with a vertical axis, moreover, the contact surface of the rock cutting body with the bottom is convex towards the face and biconical with truncated tops in the plan, and the angle of inclination of at least the peripheral face of the contact surface exceeds the largest angle of repose of the rocks constituting the passable shaft. The rock harvesting system is a bunker designed to unload the broken rock stored in it down and a device for removing rock from the face in a flow of fluid made with the possibility of rotation together with a rock-cutting body and consisting at least of a suction nozzle, a bottom-hole inclined pipe, a transition elbow, a vertical pipe. Moreover, the suction nozzle is located in the area of the truncated top of the contact surface of the rock cutting body with the face, the vertical pipe in its upper part is connected to the bunker by means of an adapter.
EFFECT: creation of a compact stand-alone concept of a shaft sinking combine with the possibility of non-selective processing of the face, increase in the power-to-weight ratio of the combine, as a result, the use of tools for breaking rocks of greater strength and with increased performance.
